- The results of each assessment will be confidentially provided to you during a private, one-on-one session with one of our Orca Certified Facilitators
- Their individual results will be confidentially provided to each manager during private, one-on-one sessions with one of our Orca Certified Facilitators
- After sharing assessment results, you can elect to:
- Have your Facilitator, in private monthly, one-on-one sessions (we recommend 6 months) meet with each manager, to implement management strategies and track progress

- Have your Facilitator conduct a one-day seminar for your management team, providing an insight and understanding for effective management, and provide the tools needed to enhance their management styles
